Two ways of thinking

Two ways of thinking

To me, thinking is defined as human mental activity to achieve a certain purpose. With 5 years of working experience and experience in different positions and jobs, I realize that there are two extremely effective ways of thinking to solve problems and achieve work goals.

The first way of thinking: Back to the purpose.

Whatever you do, you need to have a purpose. The same purpose is to earn money, but the two sentences below have different meanings and scopes:

- I need to work to earn money.

- I need to do programming to make money.

In this case if you think in the second direction, you have narrowed your scope. If you are not good at programming, you will not make any money or the amount of money you will earn will be very meager. But if you generalize your goals, you'll see that it turns out that just by working, we will make money and any job is fine.

Now, the things that you should do is reviewing yourself to see where your strengths and weaknesses are, then list yourself a list of solutions, figure out the advantages and disadvantages of each solution and choose the right solution.

"Sometimes, the way to solve a problem is not to head against the wall, but to turn back to the purpose".

The 2nd way of thinking: Divide and conquer.

In this life, there are many things that look very big and vague, but when we dissect it, we see that the work or problem we are facing has been solved perfectly.

You have not forgotten the story of the Bunch of Chopsticks that adults still tell us as a classic of the spirit of solidarity and brotherly affection in the family. But looking at it from another angle, the story also gives us another lesson in problem solving.

If your problem is breaking the bundle of chopsticks, you will find it very difficult to hold the whole bunch and try to break them all at once. But if we break it down, it's extremely easy to break each one, and of course, we can also break the whole bunch after some minutes later.

In work, the things is same. Our superiors give us a task, we always have time. to look at it and we always have some time to finish it. If it is dreamy, break it down into a clear task checklist, know the way to go, then you will reach the destination.
